What is up everybody and welcome back to another Tuesday Update. I am your host of the Small Lake City podcast, eric Nilsson. First things first, check out the last episode with Adam Browd. He is one of the founders of the Comedy Church. He's a local comedian that travels all around the country as well, but a great story of how he got into comedy and also a little bit more about the Comedy Church, what they're up to and where you can find their shows. The Comedy Church what they're up to and where you can find their shows.

You may have noticed that we've been doing a lot more events recently to bring people together, and you can expect a lot more coming up. One thing I ask is if you have anything specifically that you would like to see happen or have any ideas. Please leave a comment in this episode and I will look over them and try to put together some more of these events for all of you. Working on the next schedule for some upcoming events, including the bike brew tour, a couple of panels, a dinner club a lot of great things coming up. So make sure to keep an eye on the Instagram, and on here as well, for more updates about what events are coming up.

So this week's guest comes from a place where curiosity rules, creativity thrives and learning feels like play. The Discovery Children's Museum at the Gateway downtown is a cornerstone of hands-on education in Utah and inspires children of all ages through interactive exhibits, stem-focused programming and immersive experience designed to spark lifelong discovery. So this week I have on Kathleen Bodenlos, the CEO and Executive Director, to talk to her more about how she got there, what they're up to and more about what we can expect in this cornerstone of children's education and fields. A lot of the field trips from a lot of our community in Salt Lake. So that will be releasing this Saturday on YouTube and wherever you prefer to listen. So make sure to check out for that. But in the meantime, enjoy some great weather and I will see you on Saturday.
