What is up everybody and welcome back to another Tuesday update. I'm your host of the Small League City Podcast, eric Nielsen, and a few events coming up that I want to make sure are on your schedule. First off, we have this Thursday board game night at HK Brewing. Ales and Allies is also helping with the event and they have hundreds of board games, card games, however you want to entertain yourself with friends you bring or friends you want to meet there, come, hang out, have some kombucha, have a beer, have a kombucha cocktail, whatever what's your whistle. Also, on Friday, we have a community yoga event at Ritual Hot Yoga. It is a free community event. You just have to sign up on their website beforehand and use code smalllakecity at checkout. You'll have to create an account first, but book for the class this Friday at 4.30 and I will see you there. There's also a lot more information on both of these coming up on Instagram. Also, the Bike Brew Tour got rescheduled. It is now going to be on May 10th. We're going to start at Bicycle Collective, just like we had planned, and the same route, but another day with better weather, where we can all be in shorts and t-shirts and have some great beer and bike around the city.
Speaker 0:Also, this most recent episode I really enjoyed recording with Tiffany and Kirsten. Together they make the Relationship Recovery these two women that started off as work besties and slowly decided to start their own business consulting people coming out of this hard time of their life, going through divorce. We talk a lot about divorce, relationships, healing the journey that we're all on. There's something to take away for everybody, so make sure to go check that out on YouTube or wherever you prefer to listen. But also, and lastly, it's this week's guest.
Speaker 0:So this week's guest is Adam Brout. He is a local comedian that also is one of the founding members of what's called the Comedy Church, a quote church that him and his co-founder started but has also been a successful and traveling comedian for years now. So we talk a lot about comedy in Utah, what he's up to with the comedy church, and also we talk through his unique background of growing up, the way he did to find himself in this situation. He is now being a comedian. So great conversation with me and him that will be releasing this Saturday wherever you want to watch or listen, and I will see you there. So enjoy the rest of your week and I will see you either at HK this Thursday, hot Ritual Yoga this Friday or check out the episode this Saturday.
